Program Policies & Guidelines:

All RaiseRight orders must be paid for online. NOTE: orders are not tax-deductible because you receive dollar-for-dollar value.
RaiseRight purchases are nonrefundable. No changes can be made once an order is placed.
The authorized person (listed below) who picks up your RaiseRight order must open it and verify its accuracy. Please contact us immediately if there is a concern.
RaiseRight is the same as cash and should be handled accordingly. FHE Scrip Boosters is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after they leave the FHE Coordinator's home or school office.
You are welcome to ask friends, relatives, and colleagues to assist your student by purchasing RaiseRight. To do this, have them register as well and include your student(s) name(s) on their account.
A no more than $2.00 per month FHE Scrip administrative fee will be deducted from your family account for orders placed during any given month.
If you raise more revenue than you can use, it may be donated to other students or groups. NOTE: Revenue can NEVER be cashed out! If you leave the school, you may disburse your balance to another student or group, or the revenue will default into the RaiseRight Boosters Administrative Fund.
In the event that your payment bounces from your bank and assesses FHE RaiseRight a fee, you will be responsible for reimbursing any fees charged to FHE RaiseRight, as well as any fees you may incur separately from your financial institution.
