FHE SIGN UP FORM

Program Policies & Guidelines:

All Scrip orders must be paid for online. (Note: Scrip orders are not tax deductible because you receive dollar for dollar value.)
Scrip purchases are nonrefundable. No changes can be made once an order is placed.
The authorized person (listed below) who picks up your Scrip order must open it, verify it's accuracy and sign the Weekly Pickup List indicating your order has been received in its entirety. Please contact us immediately if there is a concern.
Scrip is the same as cash and should be handled accordingly. FHE Scrip Boosters is not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen or misplaced after they leave the FHE main office.
You are welcome to ask friends, relatives and colleagues to assist your student by purchasing Scrip. To do this, have them register as well and include your student(s) name(s) on their account.
A $2.00 per month FHE Scrip administrative fee will be deducted from your family account for orders placed during any given month.
If you raise more revenue than you can use, it may be donated to other students or groups. Note: Revenue can NEVER be cashed out! If you leave the school, you may disburse your balance to another student or group or the revenue will default into the Scrip Boosters Administrative Fund.
In the event that your PrestoPay payment bounces from your bank and assess FHE Scrip a fee, you will be responsible for reimbursing any fees charged to FHE Scrip, as well as any fees you may incur separately from your financial institution.
